PERMAH Workplace Wellbeing Survey

Communities of Wellbeing is delighted to be partnering with The Wellbeing Lab, Maroondah City Council, and the Victorian Government to survey wellbeing in workplaces in and around Maroondah.

Our partners at The Wellbeing Lab are providing us with the use of the PERMAH Survey and their data management and reporting platform to undertake this project. Based on the celebrated work of Professor Martin Seligman, the 6 pillars of the PERMAH framework provide a comprehensive, proven, and recognised model for measuring wellbeing.

Any individual can use this survey tool totally free of charge and get a report back (see an example report) on how they personally sit against each of the 6 pillars of wellbeing in the PERMAH Framework and a personalized Wellbeing Plan (see example plan). The data from all surveys will be combined to give us a total report for all of Maroondah but your individual answers will be anonymous and will not be able to be identified by anyone.

At the completion of the survey, the Wellbeing Lab will draw 5 respondents at random and each will win a $50 Eastland gift voucher.

When you click on the button below to take the survey you will be transferred to the Wellbeing Lab Permah Survey website and asked to complete a registration. This is essential so that they can send your results back to you and also forward other free resources to you if you decide to develop a personalized wellbeing plan. We recommend that you take steps to ensure their emails are not blocked. If you have a personal email address then you may just need to add “support@permahsurvey.com” to your address book otherwise you should read Whitelisting Instructions .

If you are employed by a larger organization that has taken out their own survey sub-licence then you should use the link provided by your employer and not the button below.
